In our constantly changing world, where many products and services can be copied or automated, the thing that will keep your business competitive is your people. Neglecting this side of the business means taking a big risk.

- Emotional Intelligence

- Bespoke/Tailored Training
- Agile-Lean Mindset
Your team’s culture is not the solution to all your business problems, but by creating a fearless culture, you are creating the right soil in which the seeds of your business can grow.
We can partner with you to develop a psychologically safe culture, where problem-solving, teamwork, and leadership combine for continuous improvement of the business.
Fear stops us from performing at our best. A fearful culture is not conducive to an inclusive, innovative, engaged team environment, and it typically requires conscious effort and attention to ensure everyone feels safe to speak up, share ideas, and task risks.
Emotional Intelligence (EI) is the ability to understand, use, and manage your own emotions and those of others in positive ways. People higher in EI communicate effectively, form strong relationships, and create powerful coping strategies to handle stress and change.
In our constantly changing world, where many tasks and roles are being made redundant by technology, the skills which are much harder to automate are those which make us uniquely human.
EI can be measured and, importantly, can be strengthened and developed. There is significant research which demonstrates the value of EI in any emotionally or socially demanding role – including leadership, sales, customer-facing roles, etc.
We often have an idea of what a great team might look like, but how can we translate that from being a nice idea, into tangible everyday practices?
Great teams are created intentionally, and this programme helps a team to clarify what they want, and what they do not want, in order to achieve their goals.
We use frameworks to provide a clear roadmap for clarifying goals, strengths, risks, obstacles, and how they will go about building and maintaining a high-performing culture.
We are flexible in our approach to training. We can deliver training in-person or virtually, and are always happy to tailor the content based on your goals and context.
The Jigsaw Better Business team help you to step back and look at what they do each day with fresh eyes. When we provide training, our approach is not to just deliver PowerPoint slides in a lecture-style, or to prescribe homework, or to provide learners with information that they could simply Google.
Instead, we partner with the learners to provide some information, generate questions, and provide the space for discussion and peer learning.
Authentic and Transformational Leadership
Leadership behaviour inspires followers to action. The authentic and transformational leader empowers their followers to be leaders in their own roles. Putting in effort to become a more Authentic and Transformational Leader will pay off in the form of better ideas, better relationships, more accountability, and greater employee engagement
Jigsaw Better Business won an award for our Lean Culture research, benchmark, and training at the inaugural Lean Business Ireland awards. Our original research demonstrated the link between Leadership & Culture Behaviour and Lean outcomes.
Coaching is a collaborative, trusting, non-judgmental partnership in which the ultimate goal is positive and powerful change. It is a process for a person to stretch themselves and improve their self-awareness to unlock their potential.
The process involves self-reflection, stimulated by questions. It is mainly focused on future goals, and present actions to get to those goals. The coach is both supportive and challenging; they aim to maintain trust and rapport, while stretching the client and pushing them out of their comfort zone when appropriate.
