Our Team
“I didn’t know it was possible to ask so many questions!” Stuart is the co-founder and C.I. Director of Jigsaw Better Business and has extensive experience in consulting, training, retail, and operations management. With Black Belts in Lean & Six Sigma and 3rd level qualifications in Psychology, Innovation, and Coaching, he has a unique skillset and is well placed to guide the person and the process through change.
Julie is a Chartered Organisational Psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland. Her Master’s degree and extensive experience in organisational psychology equip her to improve how people experience work.
Known for balancing a strong people focus with a results-driven approach, Julie supports and challenges businesses to be better through interactive training, facilitation, and coaching.
Before joining Jigsaw Better Business in 2021, she worked as a business psychologist, managing a diverse client portfolio across sectors including technology, finance, government, healthcare, FMCG, and non-profit. She has international experience delivering group and one-to-one development programmes, with particular expertise in emotional intelligence, decision-making, change management, resilience, self-awareness, and psychological safety.
With a background spanning sustainability science, construction, corporate banking, and community development, John helps SMEs identify practical energy, carbon, and resource efficiencies. John brings a structured, pragmatic, and personable approach to sustainability, helping businesses take achievable steps that deliver both environmental and commercial impact.
With a background in business ownership and customer service, Judy ensures smooth day-to-day operations across CRM, reporting, billing, and client communications. Judy is detail-focused, highly organised, and plays a key role in keeping internal systems running efficiently.
Eamonn is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in project delivery, training design, and problem-solving within highly regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environments.
Known for his structured, methodical, and approachable style, Eamonn builds strong rapport with clients and engages teams at all levels to deliver practical, high-quality Lean mentoring and sustainable improvements.
He holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry and Physics, an MPhil in Physics, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Known for his structured, methodical, and approachable style, Eamonn builds strong rapport with clients and engages teams at all levels to deliver practical, high-quality Lean mentoring and sustainable improvements.
He holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry and Physics, an MPhil in Physics, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
Kasia is a Lean, Six Sigma continuous improvement professional with over 15 years ofexperience in multi-functional shared services and supply chain global organisations. Kasia has a proven track record leading strategic initiatives, transformation programs, Change Management, Process Automation and deployment of Agile/Lean methodologies across organisations.
Innovation, creativity, professionalism and a commitment to excellence has formed a large part of Kasia’s career experience. These skills and her enthusiasm are of great benefit to the team.
Kasia holds a Bachelors in People Management, a Masters in Economics, a Masters in Strategic Quality Management, a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a Lean Six Master Black Belt.
Stacey Hawkes is a dedicated leader in digital transformation, currently serving as Head of Digital at Jigsaw Better Business. With extensive experience in strategic sourcing, accounts payable, and data analysis through tools like Tableau, she has a strong foundation in optimizing business processes and digital strategies. Stacey’s Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and certifications in data management, project management, and change communication underscore her commitment to quality and effective transformation.
Her background in high-impact roles, such as Senior Global Business Process Analyst at Red Hat and Operations Manager at Swyft Energy, equips her with a blend of strategic and hands-on expertise. With a focus on streamlining digital tools, Stacey leverages her skills to help businesses adapt and thrive in today’s rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Shannon is a Digital Transformation and Business Improvement Consultant with experience spanning operations, systems implementation, and organisational change. She works with small and growing businesses to design practical digital workflows, improve visibility, and reduce manual effort through better use of systems and automation. With a strong grounding in Lean thinking and real-world operational roles, Shannon is known for translating complex challenges into clear, workable solutions that teams can adopt with confidence.
Mick is a Master Black Belt Lean, Six Sigma continuous improvement professional. As a seasoned professional he has more than 35 years of experience in Industry through various Leadership roles across the Medical Device, Pharma and Technology sector. Mick is recognised for driving excellence in business, people, and processes and is passionate about people development. He is an experienced coach and has qualifications in Mediation and Executive Coaching and has also spent a number of years with full responsibility for Learning and Development in a major BioPharma multinational. With over 20 years in Lean and Process Excellence in both multinational and small to medium enterprises he has trained people to both Green Belt and Black Belt Levels.
