Julie O'Sullivan

Head of People Development

Julie is a chartered organisational psychologist with the Psychological Society of Ireland. Her Master’s degree and years of experience working in Organisational Psychology equips her to improve the way that people experience work.

Clients and colleagues of Julie’s have said that she is a great example of how to balance a people focus with a task focus. With a head for results and a heart for people, she aims to support and challenge great businesses to be better, mostly through interactive training, facilitation, and coaching.

Before joining Jigsaw Better Business in October 2021, she worked as a business psychologist, managing a portfolio of clients across all sectors (technology, financial, government, medical, FMCG, non-profit, etc.). She has international facilitation and coaching experience, providing group and one-to-one development sessions on a range of topics, to individuals at all levels of their organisation. In particular, she enjoys working with clients on topics including emotional intelligence, decision making, change management, stress management and resilience, self-awareness, and psychological safety.

Sophie Deans

Sustainability Coach

Sophie is a member of Environmental Science Association of Ireland (ESAI) and The Institution of Environmental Sciences (IES). Beginning her career in environmental monitoring, she made the switch over to sustainability coaching after completing her MSc in Climate Change from DCU.

Since joining Jigsaw, she has coached numerous small businesses across the country in becoming more sustainable, in industries such as health and wellbeing, education, retail, and hospitality. She likes to take a nuanced, holistic approach to sustainability and work clients to understand their full potential. She is often praised for her authenticity and dedication to completing the task at hand and is an avid believer in bringing the client with you ever step of the way.

Raymona O'Connell

Head of Client Development

Raymona comes from a family of business owners and has always looked for ways of how to work smarter, rather than harder. Throughout her time working in the Operational Excellence and Digital Department in Enterprise Ireland, Raymona was lucky enough to visit Toyota’s Lean Management Centre in North Wales. The impact that adopting Lean and Digital could have on companies of all sizes became extremely clear to Raymona which led to her wanting to get closer to the action and ultimately, making the move to the private sector.

Raymona was awarded her Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt in 2022. In 2021, Raymona participated in Enterprise Ireland’s Entrepreneur Development Programme, New Frontiers (Phase 1&2). In 2020, Raymona achieved a First-Class Honours Degree from the University of Limerick in 2020 and her research on the opportunities and threats that Social Media pose for Minority Languages was published in academic journal, Léann Teanga: An Reiviú.

Paul specializes in delivering Digital Solutions to SME's. His mission is to improve his client's productivity through the implementation of Digital tools that are intuitive and cost-effective. Paul is a firm believer in unifying all technologies within a business under one roof. The fast pace of technological change means that these types of integrated and automated solutions are now available to varying business types. Paul builds excellent relationships with clients, and his technical know-how and business acumen assist him with rapid problem-solving.

Eamonn is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Learning and Development professional with proven team leadership, training design, problem solving and facilitation skills delivering innovative solutions to achieve business objectives. His speciality has been in the areas of project team leadership, project deployment and realisation, training design and delivery, and the maintenance of policies, procedures, budgets and Service Level Agreements in a highly regulated pharmaceutical (API & Biopharma) manufacturing environment.

Eamonn possesses an excellent rapport with clients with his structured and friendly manner when delivering the Lean mentoring. He is an excellent communicator, very structured and methodical in his approach to problem solving. He engages with the client at every level and ensures the best possible customer experience throughout the delivery.

Eamon holds a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry & Physics, MPhil (Physics) Research Master and a Lean Black Belt.

Kasia has a proven track record leading strategic initiatives, transformation programs, Change Management, Process Automation and deployment of Agile/Lean methodologies across organisations.

Innovation, creativity, professionalism and a commitment to excellence has formed a large part of Kasia’s career experience. These skills and her enthusiasm are of great benefit to the team.

As a seasoned professional he has more than 35 years of experience in Industry through various Leadership roles across the Medical Device, Pharma and Technology sector. Mick is recognised for driving excellence in business, people, and processes and is passionate about people development. He is an experienced coach and has qualifications in Mediation and Executive Coaching and has also spent a number of years with full responsibility for Learning and Development in a major BioPharma multinational. With over 20 years in Lean and Process Excellence in both multinational and small to medium enterprises he has trained people to both Green Belt and Black Belt Levels.

Catherine has supported micro enterprises on the Lean program in Laois, Offaly, Kildare and Cork and is an approved provider of the Lean Business offer with Enterprise Ireland & the IDA through Jigsaw Better Business.

Catherine holds a Bachelor (Hons) of Social Care, a Masters in Work and Organisational Behaviour, a Post Graduate Diploma in Lean Management (Black Belt), a Post Graduate Higher Diploma in Health and Promotion and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.

André Cruz

With years of experience in the retail and high-level hospitality industries, André has an extensive background in client-facing roles, working to provide the highest level of service and support in all his previous jobs including high-end restaurants and managerial positions in busy, fast-paced retail.

André also has 3rd level qualifications in Applied Psychology, Computer Technology and User Experience Design as well as supplementary education in Data Analytics. Combining his academic background with the expertise he has gained from his previous work; he combines a thorough and methodical approach with a customer first mindset.
