When we provide training, our approach is not to just deliver PowerPoint slides in a lecture-style, or to prescribe homework, or to provide learners with information that they could simply Google.

Instead, we partner with the learners to provide some information, generate questions, and provide the space for discussion and peer learning.

Coaching is a collaborative, trusting, non-judgmental partnership in which the ultimate goal is positive and powerful change. It is a process for a person to stretch themselves and improve their self-awareness to unlock their potential.

The process involves self-reflection, stimulated by questions. It is mainly focused on future goals, and present actions to get to those goals. The coach is both supportive and challenging; they aim to maintain trust and rapport, while stretching the client and pushing them out of their comfort zone when appropriate.
