• You’re matched with a Green Expert who spends time with your business looking at your energy use, waste, and day-to-day operations from an environmental angle.
• They calculate your business’s carbon footprint using things you already have — energy bills, delivery and logistics costs — then give you a report with clear, specific recommendations on where you can cut costs and reduce your environmental impact.

• Micro, small, and medium-sized businesses (from sole trader to 50 employees).
• Trading for at least 6 months.
• Turnover exceeds €30,000.

• An experienced mentor working directly with your business.
• Usually 2 – 4 half-day sessions, though this varies by LEO — some offer more, some fewer.
• A carbon footprint calculation for your business
• A clearer picture of where you’re overspending on energy, waste, and resources
• A stronger environmental profile you can use with customers, suppliers, and funders
• A bespoke written report with practical, costed recommendations

The programme is heavily subsidised by the LEO. They cover the mentor’s fee, so what it costs you is your time – mainly gathering bills and basic business information.
